On June 4, 2012, the Dutch State Secretary of Finance held a speech on the Head offices located and the tax climate in The Netherlands.

The State Secretary of Finance indicated that he will stand for an attractive tax climate in The Netherlands. The importance of the Dutch tax climate was emphasized by his remark that right now 819 foreign enterprises have their head quarters in The Netherlands. Almost 60% of those Dutch head quarters are of US companies.
