Office Innovation Prize HLB Dr. Schumacher & Partner GmbH wins first prize
In the category ‘Supportive Processes' At the Office Innovation Prize 2012 held by Steuerberaterverband Westfalen-Lippe
(Association of Tax Advisers Westfalen-Lippe) the auditor and tax consulting company HLB Dr. Schumacher & Partner GmbH with main office in Muenster convinced the jury in the category ‘Supportive Processes' with focus on ‘Cooperations'.
 For more than 80 years the goal of the company founded in 1928 was to cooperate with other partners. Being the first auditor settled in Muenster the company welcomed the first partner in the very beginning. In 1985 the company joined the network HLB International. There are now 13 partners and a total of about 100 staff members working at the company's locations at Muenster, Duesseldorf and Leipzig. The Jury justified its decision by the lively practised cooperation which is characterized by the constant reviewing of quality standards, basic and further trainings and world-wide existence.
"Due to the cooperation with HLB Deutschland and HLB International we have got high quality standards,
an excellent network of experts and a regular exchange of experiences", Mr. Hans-Hermann Schumacher (Partner) brought out. The connection with HLB makes it possible to have a quick and easy access to special ressources at home and abroad. "The clients of each partner stay in contact with the person they know and they are familiar with. This kind of individual care - combined with full performance spectrum resulting from the international networks - means competitive advantages mainly recognized by medium-sized companies", Mr. Wolf A. Toennes (Partner) confirmed.
There is also the cooperating company AWB Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH (tax consulting company) Muenster, that concentrates on advising economic operators which are specialized in cross-border goods traffic (customs and export control). Furthermore there is the S & P Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH (tax consulting company) with main office in Muenster focusing on tax consulting as well as payroll and financial accounting service for freelancer, self-employed person and businessmen. For all legal cases and - especially legal economic advises - there is a lawyer's company at HLB Dr. Schumacher & Partner. If clients need an IT-system-check there are IT-specialists available coming from the ERS Company mbH specialized in IT-service, computer checking and consulting with residence in Leverkusen.
