HLB INTERNATIONAL APPOINTS NEW MEMBER IN CHINA
HLB International, the international accountancy network, has signed a new member firm in China. Joining the network is Sichuan Zhongfa CPAs Co., Ltd. (Sichuan Zhongfa) based in Chengdu, capital city of Sichuan province, South West China.

Founded in 1999, Sichuan Zhongfa is the fourth largest accounting firm in Sichuan, one of China's most populated provinces. With over 300 staff led by 28 partners, Sichuan Zhongfa is ranked 71st in China and provides high quality audit and assurance services, tax consultancy, valuation and appraisal, investment construction audits and consults on engineering projects.
