Reclaim Dutch VAT for 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009!

You can still file a VAT refund request for Dutch VAT in the Netherlands with respect to the years 2006 through 2009. (The year 2006 should be filed in 2011).

EU entrepreneurs

Are you established as an entrepreneur in an EU country other than the Netherlands? And do you want to reclaim Dutch VAT that was charged to you as an entrepreneur? If you want to submit an application with respect to the years 2006 through 2009? You may have to submit it on paper or digitally (depending on the country the company is based).

Non-EU entrepreneurs

You can file a VAT refund request for Dutch VAT in the Netherlands up to five years after the VAT incurred. In 2011, you can still file a VAT refund requests with respect to 2006 through 2009.
