MENZIES BUSINESS RECOVERY APPROVED BY IPA

11 November 2011 - Menzies Business Recovery LLP (MBR), the insolvency arm of accountancy firm Menzies LLP, has been approved as a member firm of the Insolvency Practitioners' Association (IPA). Simon Underwood, Laurence Pagden and Mark Newton are the appointment-taking insolvency practitioners at MBR.

MBR was established in September 2011 following the acquisition by Menzies of the London office of insolvency specialist Benedict McQueen. The acquisition was part of Menzies' plan to increase the range of services it provides to SMEs. The MBR team are based in Menzies' London office and will focus on insolvency and recovery work for SMEs as well as forensic investigation and litigation support.
