HLB British-Chinese Business Channel: Collaboration with China-Britain Business Council
Following productive meetings, HLB International is delighted to announce its membership with the China-Britain Business Council (CBBC) as of May 2011. HLB member firms in both the UK and China have engaged in discussions with CBBC's local teams, to discuss their collaboration. Mr. Andrew Denley, managing partner of HLB UK member firm Menzies LLP, became the first HLB member to meet with the CBBC local team in London.
During initial meetings, synergies and opportunities were identified and possible future collaboration were discussed. HLB member firms in both UK and China endeavour to provide high-quality bespoke financial services to assist UK business to go international through the HLB "Global China Service" platform. The collaboration between CBBC and HLB is not only mutually beneficial but also adding value to the UK companies, SMEs in particular, seeking reliable one-station service to enter and grow in the Chinese market.
Mr. Ralph Rogers, China Business Adviser of China-Britain Business Council will be the key note speaker at the forthcoming business development seminar co-organised by HLB International together with Menzies LLP and HSBC on doing business with China.
